Once all of the Monster Cards on the field are present, you can begin the Link Summon by going to your Extra Deck and picking which Link Monster to Summon.
After selecting the Link Monster, pick the Monster Cards that you will use as a Tribute Summon and place the Link Monster on the field.
Link Monsters have arrows which point at different directions. If these arrows point at cards present on the field, you can activate effects, such as an ATK boost or activating or negating card effects.
Before summoning Link Monsters, make sure that you have enough Monsters to use as material, since you want to maximize the monster's effects to allow you to gain an advantage.
